Welcome back to Chat Sh*t Get Fit Recovery. This week, we take a look at active recovery, which we've mentioned numerous times throughout the series. We look at it from 2 angles in active recovery straight after a bout of exercise/training and conducting active recovery on "rest days". Some pretty interesting points being addressed including how little you may actually need to do for a benefit which is something we weren't aware of going into the research of this episode.

You may have heard Tom nearly concuss himself with a massage gun and if you want to see that unfold check out our YouTube here!
