Welcome back to Chat Sh*t Get Fit. This week we explore the world of branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) & essential amino acid (EAA) supplementation. You'll often see language such as "waste of money" or "pi*sing away your money" etc. While there is some substance behind those comments it really does come down to context. We have found some potential benefits to taking these things and also have a brand new research paper that bolsters these claims! All research papers stated in the episode can be found at the bottom!

We also take another look at NOCCO. This is a beverage made popular by CrossFit - it contains BCAAs and caffeine and you'll often see CrossFitters sipping away at gyms/events. Will we get that mega sponsorship? Probably not...Tom is magic with words "tastes like piss"
