Welcome back to Chat Sh*t Get Fit Recovery. This week we are exploring the world of massage. We'll be taking a closer look at the various methods of massage such as,

  • Sports Massage

  • Deep Tissue

  • Relaxation

  • Percussions Guns (Theragun etc)

  • EMS Devices (Power Dot, Compex etc)

We've got some pretty large banks of data to explore as well which do tend to support massage in certain aspects. It's important that we explain these fully however as the "devil is in the detail". We also hear about Andys wide range of percussion guns including homemade ones involving a jigsaw power tool and a squash ball. Sounds super safe. Bill also brings out his PowerDot which he explains was purchased on the back of Josh Bridges using one. (Bill got CrossFitted)
