Welcome back to Chat Sh*t Get Fit, Chatting W/ PTs where this week we sit down with Irishman Tristan. He's a rugby fan and player and this Is what started his journey into health and fitness. Since then he's fallen into the world of CrossFit which we get into some depth. We start by discussing how terrified Tom is at the thought of T rex's AKA giant chickens hunting in packs and then move onto Tristan's top 3 gym pet peeves. They may be pretty bog-standard pet peeves but if you're in the industry you'll understand his frustrations! It was great to hear Tristan's approach to personal training especially as we got stuck into the controversial figure that is James Haskell.
