The first exploring the difference between weight and fat, why some of you struggle to lose fat more than others and what these barriers mean and we also explain why it's important to self reflect on these barriers 'you cannot change what you are not aware of'
We then get more practical with it offering numerous way to can take action to sky rocket your fat loss journey. We time and time again reinforce the point that everything should be done gradually though. Don't walk away from this phase and try to implement everything at once! One at a time a week at a time. Smash that task that week? Great add another! Didn't quite nail it? No problem go again and make sure you reinforce each task/ each new habit etc.
