We then explore Anthony's journey from a profession in law to pro cyclist to then "hanging up the bike" pro wise and focusing on growing his coaching business and podcast Roadman Cycling.
What's really interesting is how cycling is seen as just a tool to health, happiness and longevity and that everything is looked at when it comes to Roadman Cycling coaching including something they love "biohacking" We also explore how technology has impacted coaching in the cycling space (spoiler alert it's a lot!) which naturally brings the discussion onto things like "Peloton"
We finish by attacking Anthony with some "secret questions" which involve looking at some listener submitted responses to our questions "What do you think of cyclists" & "the hardest thing about riding a bike"
